• Experience in machine building, aerospace, precision engineering, or fine metalworking, focused on precision work.
• Strong technical mindset with the ability to read technical drawings.
• Precise and structured way of working; quality is extremely important in this role.
• Afrikaans fluency.
• Age 27-28 due to visa threshold.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated welding equipment in a modern production environment.
• Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to high manufacturing standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on welding equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings for setup and inspection.
