Job summary

Websoft Europe is seeking an experienced Robot Welding Operator for a full-time, long-term position in the Zwolle area of the Netherlands. The role involves operating and monitoring robotic welding cells for steel and stainless-steel components, with a focus on high quality and safety.

You will work with systems from ABB, Fanuc and Panasonic, read technical drawings and welding symbols, and support programming and setup activities while developing further within robotic welding and industrial

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Robot Welding Operator or Welder.
• Experience with robotic welding systems; ABB, Fanuc or Panasonic experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MIG/MAG welding.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Conversational English or higher.
• Valid Category B Driving Licence – REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating robotic welding cells.
• Working with systems such as ABB, Fanuc and Panasonic.
• Monitoring robotic welding processes.
• Adjusting welding parameters when necessary.
• Supporting programming and setup activities.
• Performing visual inspections of completed welds.
• Ensuring welding quality meets required standards.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Working with steel and stainless-steel components.
• Following all safety and quality procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
