Warranty Assessor (Dutch-speaking) - Budapest

The Dutch speaking Warranty Assessor is responsible for assessing warranty claims, authorizations and IDS tickets as well asother Warranty related items in compliancewith the specified process and ensuring high standards of quality. As a market language expert, theAssessor will engage directly with the network and customer representatives. The role requires flexibility,attention to KPIs, and continuous learning to adapt to the evolving needs of the market. The role requiresexcellent understanding of warranty processes and rules, with special attention to the specificities of themain markets where assessor works most of the time.

• Knowledge of Technical Aspects: A strong understanding of automotive parts,diagnosis, and repair.
• Knowledge of Warranty Processes: Very good or expert knowledge of warrantyregulations, policies, and systems.
• Warranty and Technical material understanding: be up to date and high level of knowledge of technical support material (Technical Manuals, Service News, Campaigns,Process updates)
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both withinternal teams and external customers.
• Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot patterns and issues in claims data andreport them accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Willingness to support the team and work collaboratively to meetobjectives.
• Education: education in engineering, automotive, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Preferably at least 2 years in an aftersales automotive environment, withwarranty assessment experience is a plus.
• Languages:Fluent in Dutchand advanced English. Additionallanguages like Frenchisa plus.
