Job summary

Stoneridge in Barneveld, Netherlands, seeks a Warranty Technician to analyze, test and report on customer warranty returns, ensuring compliance with procedures and clear documentation. You will work with cross‑functional teams to support quality improvements and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least an MBO in electronics/mechatronics/automotive engineering, strong English skills, Dutch language plus, experience with lab/test equipment and PPAP validation, and proficient Excel

Qualifications

• At least MBO education level in electronics, mechatronics, automotive engineering, or a comparable field.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Dutch language skills are a plus; willingness to learn Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely, accurate analysis of returned warranty parts and confirm failure modes.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D) and quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain test methods and documentation, link failure modes to tests.
• Manage customer-returned warranty units in the database with high data quality.
