Job summary

Stoneridge is seeking a Hardware Engineer in Barneveld to maintain and improve existing products, implement design changes, and support production. You will lead investigations, coordinate engineering changes, and collaborate with suppliers and customers on DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and ASPICE initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electronics/Mechatronics and 5–7 years in electronics or embedded systems, with strong CAN, EMC/EMI/ESD, and FPGA/CPU expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering.
• 5–7 years of electronics, embedded systems, or product development experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive development standards and processes (DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, ASPICE).
• Experience with BOM creation, supplier collaboration, prototype procurement, and engineering change management.
