Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Zaandam is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the inbound, outbound and expedition teams, ensuring KPI achievement and Lean process improvements. You will manage and coach 18–20 colleagues and 3 assistant supervisors, driving safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

You report to the Operations Manager, work hours 08:00–17:00, with every two months a weekend shift; opportunities for growth and a CEVA Academy path are available.

Qualifications

Proactive, people-oriented professional capable of engaging and motivating a team.
Strong coaching leadership to develop staff and achieve goals.
Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, develop and evaluate assistant supervisors and team members.
Lead daily operations to achieve KPIs and plans.
Collaborate to optimize the overall process and decision-making.
Improve efficiency of people and resources; conduct measurements and reports.
Conduct performance reviews and handle absence counseling; ensure safe environment.
