Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Flexible and willing to work either day shifts or a 2-shift rotation.
• Results-driven, proactive, and a hands-on team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Coach: Train, guide, and motivate your team to perform at their best.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and support projects to improve warehouse efficiency and workflows.
• Safety & Quality: Maintain a safe environment and ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
