Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Tilburg is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and lead a team of 20-25 Operators and Flex workers on a day-shift basis. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, apply LEAN principles and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the Process Supervisor at our Nokia site in Tilburg.

The role requires logistics experience, decisiveness, and a solid command of English, with own transportation due to limited public transport access.

YOUR ROLE

At our location in Tilburg, we are looking foran enthusiastic Assistant Warehouse Supervisor. In this versatile role as Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate a team of Warehouse Operators and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You will be clearly visible on the work floor, leading the team with a hands-on mentality while monitoring progress and productivity. You’ll make sure processes are carried out according to plan, identifying problems and keeping a clear overview. As someone familiar with logistics processes, you’ll be immediately up and running, applying the LEAN philosophy to drive continuous improvement. With a flexible mindset, you’ll adapt to shifting workdays and report to the Process Supervisor at our Nokia site in Tilburg.

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.820,26 and €3.621,43 and 8% holiday pay (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
