Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Netherlands to join our logistics team. Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch orders, ensuring safety and quality standards. We value English proficiency, attention to detail, and reliability.

The role requires flexibility, good communication, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Verify goods received against purchase requisitions.
• Accurately pick, break down, and quality check (QC) orders for production in a timely manner.
• Pick and prepare orders for direct customer dispatch.
• Operate warehouse equipment (including reach trucks and forklifts) only where trained and authorised.
• Prepare pallets for freight shipments, including wrapping and strapping.
• Stock bins and/or shelves from receiving areas and return to stock locations.
• Package and quality check systems and parts for shipment.
• Process returns (RMA/RTV) and create shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
