Job summary

AHEAD in the Netherlands is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch customer orders between the Assembly Department and Warehouse, adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Under the Warehouse Supervisor, you will verify goods, prepare orders, operate forklift reach trucks (where trained), manage shipping docs, assist with stock counts, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required for this role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic numeracy skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify goods received against purchase requisitions.
• Accurately pick, break down, and QC orders for production.
• Pick and prepare orders for direct customer dispatch.
• Operate forklift and reach truck equipment (where trained).
• Prepare pallets for freight shipments and wrap/strap as needed.
• Stock bins and shelves from receiving areas and return to stock locations.
• Package and quality check systems and parts for shipment.
• Create shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare and verify customs documents for international orders.
• Coordinate internal inventory transfers and report discrepancies.
