Zones EMEA is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily logistics operations in Utrecht, Netherlands, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will apply safety standards and follow company quality guidelines to maintain a smooth supply chain.

Key duties include receiving and inspecting goods, preparing orders, and maintaining accurate stock levels, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Bases understanding of warehouse processes and logistics.
• Ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Physical ability to lift and move goods safely.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certificate if not held.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and label orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Adhere to Dutch Arbowet and PPE requirements.
