Job summary

AHEAD, a leading digital transformation partner, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders. You will operate warehouse equipment, prepare shipments, and maintain accuracy in inventory and documentation, following safety standards and QA processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing, strong English, and good numeracy. Flexibility for varied shifts and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken, is required for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
• Verify goods received against purchase orders or requisitions
• Operate warehouse equipment (reach trucks/forklifts) with proper training
• Prepare pallets for shipment and manage packing
• Create shipping documents and manage imports/exports for international orders
• Perform stock transfers and cycle counts; report discrepancies
• Assist with stock control and quality checks
• Follow Dutch safety requirements and company procedures
• Participate in team meetings and process improvements
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of products from suppliers
