Job summary

CTS International Logistics Co., Ltd-EU Region is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to oversee warehouse quality across inbound, production, and outbound processes in Tilburg. You will ensure compliance, coordinate audits, document results, and drive improvements throughout the quality management system.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor degree in related fields, with 2+ years in warehousing quality, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in International Logistics, Business or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse/quality role.
• Familiar with warehouse quality management processes and auditing.
• Strong written and verbal English and Chinese communication.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to pay attention to details.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality inspections on inbound, production, and outbound processes.
• Perform 8S and EHS audits; prepare plans and follow up on corrective actions.
• Handle quality claims; produce 8D reports and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain quality documents, records, and training materials.
• Organize weekly quality meetings and deliver staff training on WI standards and safety procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality data and leading improvement projects.
