Job summary

CTS International Logistics Co., Ltd-EU Region is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to oversee warehouse quality across inbound, production, and outbound processes in Tilburg. You will ensure compliance, coordinate audits, document results, and drive improvements throughout the quality management system.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor degree in related fields, with 2+ years in warehousing quality, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality inspections on inbound, production, and outbound processes.
• Perform 8S and EHS audits; prepare plans and follow up on corrective actions.
• Handle quality claims; produce 8D reports and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain quality documents, records, and training materials.
• Organize weekly quality meetings and deliver staff training on WI standards and safety procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality data and leading improvement projects.

Job description

Responsible for ensuring the quality control and compliance of the entire warehouse operation process, covering inbound, production, and outbound phases.

Focus on implementing quality inspections, maintaining quality documentation, conducting audits, and handling quality issues to ensure product quality meets customer requirements and maintain effective operation of the quality management system.

Responsibilities

Daily Quality Inspections

• Perform Box Name Check : After daily production, inspect the consistency and accuracy of pallets, waybills, and CSR documents
• Conduct Tally Check: For original labeled goods imported from China, verify the consistency between pallet quantity and tally labels after Key User tallying
• Execute Outbound Check: Conduct random inspections after outbound loading, including verification of correct air bag usage and proper fixation of goods with Safety Bar
• Record inspection results in daily inspection reports and track the correction of non-conformities

Quality System Audits

• Perform 8S Audit: Inspect warehouse item classification, identification management, safety passage smoothness, and equipment maintenance status
• Conduct EHS Audit: Audit warehouse compliance from three dimensions: environment, employee health, and safety
• Prepare audit plans and reports, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions for audit findings
• Participate in regular quality system reviews to ensure the effectiveness of quality management measures

Quality Issue Handling

• Respond to quality claims (Claim) from customers when quality accidents occur
• Distinguish between Claim A (complaints about damage or quantity discrepancy delivered to customers) and Claim B (damage in warehouse not yet delivered)
• Prepare 8D Reports for serious quality issues, including root cause analysis and development of corrective/preventive actions
• Submit 8D Reports within the required timeframe and track the implementation and effectiveness verification of improvement measures

Quality Documentation Management

• Maintain quality inspection records, audit reports, 8D Reports, and other quality documents
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of quality records in accordance with document management requirements
• Update quality management documents (WIs) in a timely manner based on process changes and customer requirements
• Archive quality documents properly and ensure easy retrieval when needed

Quality Training & Communication

• Organize weekly quality meetings (Weekly Quality Meeting) to report quality status and discuss solutions to quality problems
• Provide quality training for warehouse staff, including quality inspection standards, WI requirements, and safety operation procedures
• Assist in new employee quality training to improve the overall quality awareness of the team
• Communicate with relevant departments (e.g., operations, procurement) to coordinate quality management work

Continuous Quality Improvement

• Analyze quality data (inspection results, audit findings, claim records) to identify quality improvement opportunities
• Propose and promote quality improvement projects to reduce quality risks and improve quality management efficiency
• Monitor quality indicators and take timely measures when indicators deviate from the required standards
• Collect quality management experience and best practices to optimize the warehouse quality management system

Qualifications
