Procureon B.V. seeks two experienced Warehouse Planners to join its international technology environment near Eindhoven. You will help shape a new spare parts distribution operation while optimizing today’s warehouse performance.

You will translate demand into executable plans, coordinate workload and resources, ensure on-time shipments, and contribute to the design and readiness of the future distribution centre. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience in warehouse planning or capacity planning.
• Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong planning, analytical, and structured approach.
• Ability to work with operational and technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.

Would you like to combine day-to-day warehouse planning with the opportunity to help shape a completely new spare parts distribution operation?

For an international technology company, we are looking for two experienced Warehouse Planners. You will join their global spare parts organisation and play an important role in preparing the transition towards a newly developed distribution centre.

This is more than keeping today's warehouse operation on track. You will also contribute to how the future operation is organised, planned and ultimately brought into operation.

Your role

As Warehouse Planner, you translate customer demand and operational priorities into a clear and executable warehouse plan.

You coordinate workload, available capacity and resources and make sure orders move through the warehouse efficiently and are shipped on time.

Your responsibilities include:

• planning, prioritising and releasing warehouse waves and orders;
• coordinating daily warehouse and shipment planning;
• balancing workload, capacity and available resources;
• monitoring progress and responding to operational bottlenecks;
• working closely with Warehouse Operations, Process Engineering, Supply Chain and Inventory teams;
• supporting forecasting and operational planning;
• analysing warehouse performance and identifying opportunities for improvement;
• contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

An important part of this position is the development of the future spare parts operation.

You will first gain hands-on experience within the existing warehouse environment and, in parallel, contribute to the preparation, implementation and operational readiness of a completely new distribution centre.

This gives you the opportunity to work on both sides of warehouse operations: optimising today's performance while helping design the operation of tomorrow.

For this position, relevant warehouse experience is essential.

You bring:

• approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience within a warehouse or distribution environment;
• experience in warehouse planning, operational planning or workload/capacity planning;
• a good understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes;
• experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• strong planning and organisational skills;
• an analytical and structured approach;
• the ability to work effectively with both operational and technical stakeholders;
• good command of English. Dutch is an advantage.

Offer

The salary for this position is between €4,000 and €5,200 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience, excluding 8% holiday allowance.

Location

This is primarily an on-site operational role. During the transition phase, you will start near Eindhoven and later on transfer to the permanent warehouse, based North East of Eindhoven (20km from first location).
