Job summary

Procureon B.V. seeks two experienced Warehouse Planners to join its international technology environment near Eindhoven. You will help shape a new spare parts distribution operation while optimizing today’s warehouse performance.

You will translate demand into executable plans, coordinate workload and resources, ensure on-time shipments, and contribute to the design and readiness of the future distribution centre. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

Approximately 2–4 years of relevant warehouse or distribution experience.
Experience in warehouse planning or capacity planning.
Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes.
Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Strong planning, analytical, and structured approach.
Ability to work with operational and technical stakeholders.
Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritise and release warehouse waves and orders.
Coordinate daily warehouse and shipment planning.
Balance workload, capacity and resources.
Monitor progress and address bottlenecks.
Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Process Engineering, Supply Chain and Inventory teams.
Support forecasting and operational planning.
Analyse warehouse performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
