Job summary

Destinus in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operator to keep materials and products flowing with precision and speed. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely deliveries.

You’ll use ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics to record movements, organize storage, and support production and purchasing, all while upholding safety and efficiency in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and methodical approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
• Experience using ERP systems for warehouse management.
• Fluent in English —you’ll be working with international teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) warehouse modules.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store products efficiently, ensuring every item is in its designated location.
• Record all orders, deliveries, and stock movements in the ERP system, keeping inventory up to date.
• Work closely with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations and stock control.
• Identify and report potential delivery issues, such as pending tariff payments or missing documentation to the Purchasing department.
• Implement and uphold workplace health and safety practices, keeping the warehouse organized and compliant.
