Job summary

Job description

1. Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management
  • Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch machines, parts, and other warehouse goods.
  • Load and unload machines and goods, including quantity checks, proper placement, and basic condition checks.
  • Support basic warehouse inventory records, stock checks, and reporting as required.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, stock movements, damages, missing items, or abnormal situations in a timely manner.
  • Classify and store warehouse goods properly to support efficient space utilization and safe operations.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, safe, and well‑organized.
2. Parts and Logistics Support
  • Assist with basic parts handling, including receiving, packing, labeling, and dispatching parts.
  • Prepare parts shipments based on instructions from the Parts Supervisor or relevant colleagues.
  • Help maintain the parts storage area in a clean, orderly, and accessible condition.
  • Report visible damages, missing items, packing issues, or shipping issues in a timely manner.
  • Support basic logistics and shipment preparation work where required.
3. Machine Preparation, Inspection and Maintenance
  • Prepare machines before delivery by carrying out cleaning, charging, basic checks, Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDI), and related inspection reporting where required.
  • Perform or assist with basic maintenance, refurbishment, repair, troubleshooting, and machine preparation work within the employee’s training, capability, and authorization, including battery charging, simple part replacement, cleaning, painting, grinding, and other related tasks both in the warehouse and, when assigned, at customer sites or other external locations.
  • Identify and report visible defects, technical issues, damages, missing parts, or abnormal machine conditions in a timely manner.
  • Support experienced service technicians during inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities, while continuously developing technical knowledge of aerial work platforms, spare parts, common machine issues, and basic maintenance procedures.
4. Safety, Equipment and Workplace Compliance
  • Follow all company health, safety, and environmental rules.
  • Use warehouse equipment, tools, and machines safely and properly.
  • Carry out basic daily checks of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, racking, lighting, charging equipment, and tools.
  • Report safety risks, equipment issues, accidents, damages, or workplace hazards immediately.
  • Comply with applicable company procedures, customer site requirements, and local safety regulations when working both inside and outside the warehouse.
5. Other Duties
  • Support the continuous improvement of warehouse operations, parts handling, machine preparation, and basic maintenance processes.
  • Perform other reasonable duties related to warehouse operations, parts support, logistics support, machine preparation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support as assigned by the company.
