Job summary

Zoomlion in the Netherlands is seeking a Warehouse Keeper to manage receiving, inspection, shelving, picking, and packaging of spare parts. You will use the WMS and LTC to handle orders and inventory data, and maintain 5S standards in a busy warehouse environment.

Role requires basic English communication and a year of warehouse experience, preferably with construction machinery or parts warehousing. You will work with forklifts/pallet trucks and support collaboration for efficient shipments.

Qualifications

• High school education or above, logistics/warehousing major preferred.
• Over 1 year of warehouse experience; construction machinery or parts warehousing preferred.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and warehousing systems; basic equipment operation certificates.
• Basic English communication required; local language skills preferred.
• Hardworking, careful, responsible, teamwork and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, shelve, pick, inbound/outbound, verify and package spare parts per SOP.
• Follow SOP to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
• Conduct inventory checks to match accounts with physical stock.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and LTC to manage orders and inventory data.
• Manage inbound/outbound of earthmoving machines and perform system operations accordingly.
• Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse, keep environment clean and tidy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other common warehouse equipment for safe operations.
• Collaborate with the logistics specialist to sign for incoming goods, hand over goods for outgoing shipments.

Job Responsibilities

(1) Warehouse operations execution

• Be responsible for the receiving, inspection, shelving, picking, in&outbound, verification and packaging of spare parts.
• Strictly follow the standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of operations.
• Assist in conducting inventory checks to ensure consistency between the accounts and the actual situation.
• Operate the warehouse management system (WMS and LTC) to handle order and inventory data.
• Be responsible for the inbound and outbound management of the earthmoving machines and perform corresponding operations on the system based on the actual business situation.

(2) Site management and maintenance

• Maintain the 5S standards in the warehouse, keep the environment clean and tidy, and arrange items in order.
• Operate common warehouse equipment (such as forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.) to ensure safe operation.
• Work with the logistics specialist to sign for incoming goods, hand over goods for outgoing goods and prepare for shipment.

(3) Collaboration and Support

• Assist the warehouse supervisor in optimizing warehouse layout and picking routes.
• Participate in warehouse process improvement and training activities to enhance the overall operational level.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: High school education or above, logistics, warehousing related major preferred.
• Work experience: More than 1 year of warehouse work experience, with experience in construction machinery or parts warehousing preferred.
• Professional skills: Familiar with warehouse operation processes, familiar with warehousing systems, with basic equipment operation certificates.
• Language proficiency: Basic English communication skills (required). Local language proficiency preferred.
• Overall Quality: Hardworking, careful, responsible, teamwork and safety awareness.
