Job summary

Dingli is seeking a diligent Warehouse Employee/Medewerker to join our team in the Weert area. You will handle a range of warehouse duties to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking/packing, inventory counts, and assisting the service engineer. A forklift qualification and good English are required, with pre-employment checks and a valid NL work permit preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse/workshop experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Competent using a computer/MS Office.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Good grasp of English language (verbal & written).
• Ability to competently and safely operate a forklift.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands and proximity to Weert is required.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment physical examination.
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic repairs is a plus.
• Experience with AWP equipment such as scissor/boom/vertical lifts is an advantage.

• Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Assisting with receipt of incoming shipments and inspecting for damage.
• Assisting the company's mobile service engineer.
• Executing Pre-delivery Inspections for newly inbound machines and outbound shipments.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts as necessary.
• Collaborating with team members to support daily warehouse operations.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace per health and safety guidelines.

About the Warehouse Employee Position:

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Employee/Medewerker to join our team at Dingli AWP Europe Trading Limited B.V. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties that support the service and operational needs of the company. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers
• Organizing and maintaining the storage areas to ensure efficient flow of materials
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies

• Execute Pre-delivery Inspections (PDI) for newly inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments
• Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, as necessary
• Collaborating with other team members to support daily warehouse operations
