Job summary

WerkTalent is looking for an all-round Warehouse Employee in Waardenburg to join a busy, organized warehouse. You will handle receiving, checking, order picking, inventory, and shipment prep in a safety-first environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00 with possible overtime and an overtime allowance; live near Waardenburg is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Experience independently performing warehouse tasks such as order picking, receiving goods, and inventory management.
• Ability to work well with colleagues in a logistics environment.

Job description

As an all-round Warehouse Employee, you will work in a busy but well-organized warehouse. Working safely is always the top priority. Your main tasks include:

• Receiving and processing incoming goods
• Checking quantities, quality, and documentation
• Order picking and inventory management
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Keeping the warehouse clean and safe

Do you have experience operating a forklift or reach truck? You may also use these during your work. If you do not have a certificate yet, you can obtain one free of charge through WerkTalent.

Working Hours

You will work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Occasionally, overtime may be required. You will receive an overtime allowance for these hours.

What you need:

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics
• Experience independently performing warehouse tasks, such as order picking, receiving goods, and inventory management
• Ability to work well with colleagues in a logistics environment
• You live in Waardenburg or the surrounding area, such as Den Bosch, Gorinchem, or Zaltbommel

Nice to have:

• Experience operating a forklift or reach truck

• A gross monthly salary of €2,600 to €2,700
• 130% overtime allowance and 150% weekend allowance
• 25 vacation days per year and 8% holiday allowance
• Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer
