Job summary

Hikvision Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, seeks a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a highly automated, Goods-to-Person warehouse. You will oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities, ensure safety and productivity, and drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with IT, maintenance, robotics system providers, transport partners and customer service to optimize performance and meet SLAs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
Experience leading warehouse teams and managing daily operational performance.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven improvement.
Experience with automation, robotics or Goods-to-Person systems is desirable.
Strong workforce planning and resource management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities.
Plan capacity, staffing and resources to meet demand and customer SLAs.
Monitor performance and address bottlenecks, backlogs and exceptions.
Ensure the G2P system, robots, workstations and tote flows support targets.
Drive safety, quality, productivity and discipline.
Collaborate with IT, maintenance, robotics providers and partners.
Manage stakeholder relationships and escalation processes.
Review dashboards and KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Handle operational exceptions such as blocked totes and missing items.
