Job summary

Arvato is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager at our Puttershoek site in the Netherlands. You will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, translate data into action, and drive KPI targets while leading a team of supervisors and planning efficiently.

You will report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in growth, scalability, and high service levels in a dynamic logistics setting. The role requires flexibility with hours based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working/thinking level.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven management.
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proactive, decisive, and a strong people manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full warehouse operation, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved.
• Analyze operational data and translate insights into KPIs and improvement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to strengthen performance.
• Optimize workforce planning, productivity, and overall efficiency.
