Job summary

Cochlear, a global leader in implantable hearing solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Venlo to help move customer orders efficiently through warehouse operations. You will coordinate order exceptions, connect Customer Service with the warehouse, support the Italian SPP process and help maintain strong service and compliance standards.

This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage pick slip generation, prioritisation and release.
• Act as key contact for Customer Service on order exceptions.
• Coordinate incomplete or delayed orders and escalate risks.
• Administer the Italian SPP process and maintain documentation.
• Monitor queues and workflows to support efficient order flow.
• Produce operational reports, dashboards and service metrics.
• Maintain ERP master data and process instructions.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.
