Job summary

Illumina Eindhoven seeks an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to drive daily operations on the warehouse floor. You will lead a team of Material Coordinators, ensuring safe, high-quality execution of receiving, storage, picking and deliveries on site in Eindhoven.

You will balance people leadership with active participation in tasks, maintain strong cross-functional collaboration, and uphold Illumina's standards of accountability and quality in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in operational/logistics environments.

• Ability to balance people leadership with hands-on warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor with Material Coordinators.
• Guide, support, and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
• Oversee goods receipt, material handling, storage, picking, packing and internal deliveries.
• Monitor workflows, set priorities, adjust resources to meet needs.
• Ensure activities meet safety and quality standards and SOPs.
• Identify improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
