Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support our high‑tech manufacturing warehouse and distribution center. You will assist the warehouse supervisors in day‑to‑day activities, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, order pulling, and shipment packing.

The role requires at least 3 years in a manufacturing or distribution setting, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and strong attention to detail. English skills are essential; Dutch proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required; Dutch is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office familiarity.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work with heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Move merchandise utilizing pallet jacks, forklift, etc.
• Properly receive, stack and store material and/or products per warehouse guidelines
• Pull orders and pack and wrap boxes for shipment
• Overseas load and unload company trucks
• Properly receive, stack and store material and/or products per warehouse guidelines
• Supervise workers to pull orders and pack and wrap boxes for shipment
• Process basic shipping and receiving paperwork
• Adhere to company warehouse policies and procedures
• Observe safety and security procedures
• Follow SOP, meet productivity standards, including completing work to meet daily demand and quality
• Additional duties may be assigned

Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse lead to our warehouse and distribution center. In this role, you will be assisting the warehouse supervisors on managing the day to day activities of the warehouse workers.

• Minimum 3 years working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and ability to utilize a “buddy system” for products weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, MS Office preferred.
• Ability to do basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
• English proficiency, Dutch is a plus!
