Job summary

GLS Utrecht zoekt een betrouwbare medewerker voor het magazijn die ’s nachts aan de slag gaat. Je voert taken uit zoals laden/lossen, sorteren en scannen van zendingen, en je werkt met een handpallettruck of EPT in een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

Je bent minimaal 18 jaar, fysiek fit en beschikbaar voor minimaal 16 uur per week. Nederlands en/of Engels spreken is een pluspunt; ervaring is welkom maar niet vereist. Salaris is marktconform en er zijn doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Minimale leeftijd 18 jaar en lichamelijk fit.
• Beschikbaar voor minimaal 16 uur per week.
• Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Je houdt van fysiek werk.
• Je kunt nachtdiensten werken.
• Ervaring in logistiek is welkom maar niet vereist.

Responsibilities

• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
• Pakketten sorteren op een efficiënte en veilige manier.
• Met handheld scanners shipments scannen.
• Goederen verplaatsen met een handpallettruc of EPT.
• Pakketten controleren op schade of onregelmatigheden.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften volgen.
• Magazijn schoon en georganiseerd houden.

As a Warehouse Employee at GLS, you help ensure thousands of parcels reach customers on time every day.

Wat je gaat doen

What You Will Do:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Sorting parcels efficiently and safely
• Scanning shipments using handheld scanners
• Moving goods with a hand pallet truck or EPT
• Checking parcels for damage or irregularities
• Following safety and quality procedures
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised

You will work in one of the Night shifts:

• 20:00 till 04:30
• 21:00 till 06:00
