Job summary

GLS Utrecht zoekt een Warehouse Employee om logistieke processen soepel te laten verlopen. Samen met collega's sorteer, verwerk en verzend je pakketten op tijd.

Je voert laad- en loswerk uit, sorteert en scant pakketten, bereidt zendingen voor en beweegt goederen met pallets en magazijnmiddelen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met 16+ uur per week tot fulltime en kunt kiezen uit verschillende nachtdiensten.

Qualifications

• Fysiek werk vereist en in een team kunnen samenwerken.
• Beschikbaarheid voor meerdere ploegen en vroege/late uren.
• Verantwoordelijk voor nauwkeurige en veilige taken.

Responsibilities

• Laden/lossen van vrachtwagens en verzendklaar maken van zendingen.
• Pakketten sorteren en scannen voor tracking.
• Zendingen voorbereiden en pallets verplaatsen met hefmiddelen.
• Zorg dragen voor een schone en veilige werkplek.
• Fouten melden aan de teamleider en processen verbeteren.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Warehouse Employee, you help keep the logistics process running smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you make sure parcels are sorted, processed and shipped on time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Sorting and scanning parcels
• Preparing shipments for transport
• Moving goods with pallet trucks and warehouse equipment
• Checking parcels for damage and accuracy
• Reporting irregularities to your team leader
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace

This is an active role where you'll be moving, lifting and working in a fast-paced logistics environment throughout your shift.

Choose one of the following night shifts:

• 10:00 - 19:00
• 16:00 - 21:00
• 20:00 - 04:30
• 21:00 - 06:00

You can work from 16 hours per week up to full-time hours.
