Job summary

GLS zoekt een betrouwbare Warehouse Operator/Medewerker die dagelijks duizenden pakketten tijdig verwerkt en verzendt. Je werkt in een dynamische logistieke omgeving bij het distributiecentrum in Utrecht met duidelijke instructies en goede begeleiding.

Wij bieden een bruto uurloon van €14,99, 8% vakantiegeld en een flexibel contract tussen 16 en 40 uur per week. Groeimogelijkheden binnen GLS worden geboden en gelijk loon voor medewerkers die via Start People werken.

Qualifications

• Je spreekt Engels of Nederlands.
• Minimaal 18 jaar is vereist.
• Beschikbaarheid voor minimaal 16 uur per week.

Responsibilities

• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
• Sorteren en scannen van pakketten.
• Verplaatsen van goederen met een heftruck of pallettruck.
• Stellen en verwerken van zendingen.
• Identificeren van procesafwijkingen.
• Controleren van pakjeskwaliteit.
• Onderhouden van een schone en veilige werkplek.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Warehouse Operator, Warehouse Employee, or Logistics Employee, you help ensure that thousands of parcels are processed and shipped on time every day.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Sorting and scanning parcels
• Moving goods using an EPT or pallet truck
• Stacking and processing shipments
• Identifying process deviations
• Checking shipment quality
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace

Choose a schedule that suits you:

10:00 - 19:00

16:00 - 21:00

20:00 - 04:30

21:00 - 06:00

Part-time opportunities are available from 16 hours per week.
