Job summary

Nobel Biocare in Venlo seeks a logistics coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, verify inventories, and support the manufacturing workflow. You will coordinate planning, scheduling and reporting in the distribution area, ensuring compliance with local and international guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming/outgoing materials, reagents, instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations.
• Perform receiving, shipping and inventory control using WMS systems.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and report activities supporting manufacturing workflow.
• Coordinate and monitor workflow in the distribution area and assist scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with local, country and international guidelines.
• Possibly handle fulfillment administration and processes.

Job description

Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area. Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfillment administration and processes.
