Job summary

Blue Lynx is seeking an English-speaking Warehouse Associate to join their Almere team in the Netherlands. The role involves receiving shipments, processing returns, and maintaining orderly warehouse records as part of a growing global logistics operation.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, with entry-level eligibility and a willingness to learn, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods. On-the-job training and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required for written and spoken communication.
• Secondary education or equivalent is preferred.
• No previous experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• 1+ year of warehouse operations experience would be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound shipments, including documentation and order receipts
• Verify supplier returns and maintain accurate warehouse records
• Pick, relocate and consolidate materials within the warehouse
• Perform wire cutting, light assembly and general warehouse maintenance
• Prepare packing lists and pack, label and wrap orders for dispatch
• Load outbound trucks and support shipping operations
