Job summary

Blue Lynx in Almere, Netherlands is seeking an Associate Manager Outbound Operations to lead outbound warehouse activities in a fast-paced global logistics environment. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate order processing and on-time dispatch, and drive improvements in productivity, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role requires English fluency, 4+ years in warehouse operations, and 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 4+ years in warehouse and distribution operations.
• 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound warehouse operations including picking, packing, staging, shipping, returns, and deliveries.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time per agreements.
• Lead, train and develop warehouse staff with coaching and support.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to boost productivity and accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and customer complaints and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, customers and service providers to resolve issues.
• Support project deliveries, feasibility assessments and cost analyses.
• Monitor costs and ensure activities stay within budget.
• Review performance of third-party warehouses and transport providers.
• Check invoices against contracts and assist accounts payable.
• Review and optimize processes for efficiency and safety compliance.
