Job summary

Blue Lynx, a Fortune 500 global leader in distribution and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their Almere team. Responsibilities include receiving inbound shipments, processing orders, and maintaining accurate warehouse records while supporting packing, loading and dispatch activities.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, open to entry-level applicants, and prepared to operate warehouse machinery.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Secondary education or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
• 1+ year warehouse operations experience would be advantageous.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate warehouse machinery and powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound shipments, including documentation and order receipts
• Verify supplier returns and maintain accurate warehouse records
• Pick, relocate and consolidate materials within the warehouse
• Perform wire cutting, light assembly and general warehouse maintenance
• Prepare packing lists and pack, label and wrap orders for dispatch
• Load outbound trucks and support shipping operations
