Job summary

GAC MOTOR Europe seeks a senior leader to drive regional strategy and business development across Western and Southern Europe. You will oversee market entry, pricing, and partnerships, while shaping dealer network expansion and regional aftersales excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in automotive leadership, multi-country experience in Europe, and fluent English. German language skills are a plus; a strong cross-cultural leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the automotive industry.
5+ years of multi-country management experience in Europe.
Fluency in English; German or another major language is a plus.
Strong leadership, strategic planning and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead regional strategy and business management across Western and Southern Europe.
Develop medium- to long-term regional development strategies and annual plans.
Oversee market development priorities and resource allocation across countries.
Lead market entry strategies for new markets in the region.
Drive dealer network development, partnerships and regional sales performance.
Oversee aftersales, marketing, pricing strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
