Job summary

GAC Motor Europe B.V. is headquartered in Amsterdam and leads Western & Southern Europe operations, including regional strategy, market entry, and dealer network development.

The role oversees sales targets, branding, pricing and aftersales readiness, ensuring strong cross‑functional coordination with HQ. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in the automotive sector with multi-country leadership in Europe, English fluency, and a track record of delivering growth across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required; degree in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or related field preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in automotive, with multi-country Europe leadership experience; overseas leadership preferred.
• Fluency in English; German or another EU language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for regional planning, business development and operations across Western & Southern Europe.
• Lead market entry strategies, NSCs and importer/distributor models in priority markets.
• Oversee regional sales targets, dealer network development and aftersales readiness across the region.
• Develop regional branding, marketing strategies and budget allocation for key markets.
• Drive product pricing, commercial strategy and channel support programs.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and cross-functional collaboration with HQ.
