Job summary

GAC Europe, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Regional Head for Eastern & Northern Europe to lead regional strategy, sales targets, dealer network development, and brand management. The role requires multi-country leadership within Europe, cross-functional coordination with HQ in China, and a strong track record in automotive markets.

Flexible travel is expected. We offer a competitive salary, generous bonus potential, commuting and meal allowances, and 30 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above; degrees in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related discipline are preferred.
Extensive experience in the European automotive market and cross-country leadership is required.
Strong strategic planning, business management and dealer network development capabilities.
Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead regional strategy and execution for Eastern & Northern Europe across markets.
Guide local entities in setting annual sales targets and business plans.
Oversee wholesale, retail, inventory and launch readiness of key models.
Develop regional dealer network strategy and partner management.
Drive regional brand development, marketing and ROI across markets.
Coordinate cross-functional activities between HQ and Europe.
Manage regional aftersales, customer experience and service standards.
Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate governance.
Report performance and major issues to senior management.
