Job summary

Philips is seeking a Head of SAP Transformation in the Netherlands to lead the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4. This VP-level role oversees the multi-year program end-to-end, aligning with CIO priorities, business leaders and functions.

The position requires strategic leadership, governance and deep SAP experience to deliver AI-enabled processes within a regulated health technology context. The role reports to IT leadership and interacts with finance, supply chain, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree highly valued given scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4 transformation program end-to-end, including migration approach, roadmap, budget and reporting.
• Drive migration approach decisions (brownfield/greenfield/hybrid) with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate S/4 workstreams across regions and functions to standardise processes.
• Oversee design, build, data migration, cutover and hypercare for each release.
• Govern program with steering committees, ensure knowledge transfer and decommission legacy SAP ECC.
