Job summary

Atos is seeking an SAP Lead Developer in the Netherlands to drive delivery and technical leadership for SAP programs. You will lead the technical professionals of the SAP Practice, define project scope and vision, and act as the main technical expert liaising with clients and internal teams.

You will stay on the cutting edge of SAP technologies, including S/4HANA transformations, API-led integrations, and cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SAP development experience.
• Commercially astute with client coaching skills.
• Ability to create strong vision and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP development and delivery across the SAP Practice.
• Coordinate with clients and internal technical/commercial resources.
• Define scope and vision for SAP projects and drive architecture.
• Mentor and guide SAP professionals and support growth.
