Job summary

Harrington Boyd is seeking a VP of ERP Transformation to launch and shape a global SAP S/4HANA transformation within a multibillion-sized organisation. The role translates strategic ambition into an executable programme with governance, operating model and a detailed roadmap for enterprise-wide change.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in global ERP transformation, including SAP S/4HANA strategy and mobilisation.
• Ability to establish a business-led transformation with governance, operating model and roadmap for enterprise-wide change.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end processes, enterprise architecture, data governance and global operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define the transformation strategy: S/4HANA vision, target operating model, business case, roadmap and approach.
• Mobilise the programme: secure executive alignment, governance, resources and organisational readiness.
• Drive business process transformation with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and more.
• Shape the technology roadmap: SAP S/4HANA architecture, data migration, integration and partners.
• Embed AI and automation to redesign processes, beyond replicating legacy.
• Navigate regulatory complexity: embed GxP, quality, validation and data integrity.
• Lead organisational change: build a high-performing team and drive adoption and benefits.
