Job summary

Philips seeks a Head of SAP Transformation to lead the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4, coordinating with business and IT leaders to deliver a multi-year enterprise program. The role reports to the CIO and requires deep SAP S/4 expertise, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a member of the Philips IT Leadership Team, you will define the migration approach, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure AI-enabled processes are integrated from design through run.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-year SAP S/4 transformations.
• Experience in regulated industries (health tech preferred).
• Strong governance, budgeting and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4 transformation program end-to-end.
• Define migration approach and manage roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and run readiness.
• Oversee decommissioning of legacy ECC.
