Job summary

SkyNRG seeks a VP Operations & Technology to lead the foundation of our SAF production assets and build the capabilities, standards, and culture needed for safe, reliable operations from day one.

You will coordinate with projects, investors, regulators and partners to drive operational excellence, safety leadership, and continuous improvement while scaling teams and processes across adopting assets and future ventures.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership within large-scale industrial or process industries.
• Experience managing complex operating assets with safety, people, production, and performance accountability.
• Significant experience in Operational Readiness, commissioning, startup and ramp-up of major facilities.
• Experience building and developing high-performing operational and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations & Technology function, establish capabilities, standards and culture for SAF production assets.
• Lead Operational Readiness and startup activities for DSL-01 and future projects.
• Build and develop teams and capabilities to support SkyNRG's growing asset portfolio.
• Provide operational, technical and process integration expertise across development and execution phases.
