Job summary

Mapletree in Amsterdam manages a Western European property portfolio, driving operational excellence, asset performance and service quality. You will lead property management activities, oversee budgeting and CAPEX planning, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering ESG objectives and robust risk governance across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related engineering.
• At least 10 years in property management and procurement of services.
• Sound knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• Experience with ESG strategies in Real Estate.
• Strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and budgeting/project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead property management across the Western European portfolio with focus on asset performance.
• Own annual OPEX and CAPEX planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee major CAPEX projects and technical governance with Technical Services and Asset Management.
• Manage outsourced property managers and service providers for compliance and performance.
• Support ESG initiatives and regulatory compliance across properties.
• Provide oversight of incidents, audits and operational risk across the portfolio.
• Lead, develop and mentor the Property Management team.
• Act as PM interface with Asset Management, tenants, consultants and senior management.
