Job summary

Vastgoed Nederland is seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Director to oversee the operational, financial and strategic management of our Western European property portfolio. You will lead property management activities, collaborate with Asset Management and Technical Services, and serve as the primary contact for tenants, consultants, service providers and senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience across property management.
• Strong leadership with budgeting, forecasting and project oversight.
• Experience with M&E systems, ESG strategies and multi-country property management.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual OPEX and CAPEX planning process for the portfolio.
• Oversee major CAPEX projects, technical initiatives and compliance programmes.
• Manage outsourced property managers and key service providers.
• Support ESG initiatives, energy performance, audits and risk oversight.
• Lead, develop and mentor the Property Management team.
