• 8+ years in operations, with 3+ in senior leadership role, ideally in fintech or insurtech.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ and ownership over Customer Success budget.
• Proven ability to automate workflows and improve operational processes.

• Drive AI automation with multi-channel support strategy.
• Lead Customer Success operations across NL, FR, and DE markets.
