Job summary

APOC Aviation seeks a full-time VP Components to lead the component trading and sales business from APOC's HQ in the Netherlands, with flexibility on location. You will set strategy for inventory, pricing and acquisitions, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and foster strong airline/MRO relationships.

You will own the commercial value stream from purchasing through sales, drive digital tools and reporting, and ensure quality and safety standards align with APOC's goals while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/professional experience required.
• Experience in aerospace/manufacturing service preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to deliver profitable growth.
• Set and execute inventory, pricing and acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines and MRO customers.
• Own the commercial value stream from purchasing to sales execution.
