Qualifications

• 10+ years of aviation sales experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace materials planning, sourcing, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team to plan and execute campaigns.
• Achieve team sales targets and LRBP through new business and existing accounts.
• Build relationships with commercial aerospace customers and suppliers.
• Understand customer requirements to provide aircraft parts solutions.
• Collaborate with Boeing units to apply efficient sales strategies.
• Develop integrated plans and allocate resources to meet objectives.
