Grip is building the infrastructure for enterprise content production, based in Hilversum with offices in Amsterdam and beyond. We seek a detail-focused Video Editor to create final edits and market adaptations, ensuring quality and brand consistency across large volumes of content.

You will work with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, handle 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 formats, and coordinate with project managers to meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative direction.

Formación

• Proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio across formats.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Understanding of VFX workflows and post-production pipelines.
• Knowledge of codecs, formats, transcoding, compression, and delivery specs.
• Experience checking video, audio, and colour quality.
• Able to manage multiple versions and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Replace VFX shots in final edits, ensuring timing and consistency.
• Create cutdowns and adaptations that preserve story and style.
• Resize and reframe videos for 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 formats.
• Check deliveries for video, audio, colour and VFX issues.
• Export assets to broadcast, social, and web specs.
• Organise master files from vendors and prepare assets for pipelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and VFX supervisors.
