Dapper is seeking a Video Editor to join our creative team and help build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world. You will turn ideas into compelling visual stories for global clients across digital channels, collaborating with creatives, marketers and account managers.

We value experimentation with AI tools and templates, maintain tight deadlines, and come with a strong portfolio. The role is based in the Netherlands with an office in Rotterdam, 3–4 days a week onsite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in video editing.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into visual stories across digital channels.
• Collaborate with creatives, marketers and account managers.
• Manage projects from brief to deliverable, meeting deadlines and maintaining brand quality.
