Job summary

Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam HQ is seeking a full-time in‑office Video Editor who loves long‑form YouTube content. You will own the edit, craft hooks, pacing and structure, and collaborate with a host and motion designer to turn AI workflows into engaging episodes.

You’ll lead titles, thumbnails, publishing, and performance analysis, shape each episode’s storytelling, and help grow the channel and community through data‑driven decisions and creative experimentation.

Qualifications

Portfolio of YouTube videos showing strong storytelling, hooks and pacing.
Strong understanding of YouTube analytics to inform edits and publishing decisions.
Hands-on generative AI skills to produce AI footage and visuals.

Responsibilities

Edit videos people love watching by shaping hooks, structure, storytelling and pacing for creative AI tutorials.
Generate AI footage and supporting visuals to bring workflows to life and enhance episodes.
Lead production: coordinate with host and motion designer, manage deadlines and revisions.
Own titles and thumbnails: develop compelling concepts with host and designer input.
Own publishing: manage uploads, descriptions, scheduling and quality checks.
Grow the channel: analyze CTR, retention, watch time and feedback to guide future content.
