Job summary

Finatal is seeking a Head of Accounting to lead a critical finance transformation for a PE-backed software group. The role is centered on building a scalable, high-performing accounting function with strong governance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with the CFO to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, drive consolidation and controls, and lead post-acquisition integration to unlock growth potential across the group.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of accounting teams in PE-backed software or technology.
• Delivery of finance transformation initiatives and post-M&A integration.
• Strong experience with group accounting, consolidation and internal controls.

An international, private equity-backed software group with revenues of c.$300M is seeking a Head of Accounting to lead a critical stage of its finance transformation. With acquisitions adding complexity and ambition across the business, this is an opportunity to shape a more connected, scalable and high-performing accounting function.

Working closely with the CFO, you will combine technical credibility with hands-on leadership, bringing clarity, pace and ownership to a business where finance has a central role in the value creation agenda.
